happiness

yay new skin!
personally i think this is much nicer than previous one, maybe cos its simplier. no more complicated stuff. simplicity. =)

today we talked about what makes a civillised society. but acty i did the whole thing without knowing wad a civillised society was. rather, i considered how ppl should be to make the soceity a livable place.

there were 12 words.
freedom love honesty respect responsibility humility
cooperation trust peace simplicity unity and happiness

n i think the one tts hardest to define is happiness. and to achieve too. while mrs tan was rambling on and on in class about happiness n stuff like tt, i thought about what makes me happy. actually there are many, if i would want to count about the lastest few stuff tt has made me smile.
the nice guy n june who shared with me tt umbrella while walking to sch tgt today. the pt of blood donation when the nurse told me tt e needle was alr inside n alot of blood was acty flowing out. finding the SBC after a long walk. seeing the basketball team shoot in every single shot. looking at the photos tt i use to take. seeing glendon in vj today. cheering for the tj soccer team, especially eepin rahman n haziq. hearing from imp again. noeing tt i have survived another week. theres gonna be pe tmr! doing the grpwork with daniel weideng handoko teerapong benny n mingyee was smth tt made me happy too. so was playing hangman with them. and reading the msges tt cheryl sends.
so many simple small things, but i feel happy.
but in further depth, i think happiness can only be reached if u are willing to follow your heart n dreams, when u do the things that u really want to do without having any ulterior motives or evil intentions. when u are true to urself n the people around u, when u learn to tolerate others for their shortocmings, when u see their flaws as what tt amkes them unique, when u endure n bear with their negative side. when u love the ppl around u and dun judge them for who they are. when u forgive them for their mistakes n forget those incidences.
den i though of the quote from pursuit of happyness. something along the line tt happiness can only be pursued, but it cannot be achieved.

so whats more true?
