the double digit week begins

OOOOHHHH itss exactly a monthsince i last blogged! hah life's been good, hectic and tiring but i've been happy. the holidays flew past like nobody's business, and i was a good girl i din club at all [lesson learnt from last sem when i clubbed like 3 nights out of my recess week] and i studied, quite a bit.

the mid terms were, well difficult and not very doable as usual. alot of smoking thru. results came out last week and well... it was ok, but 1104 was bad and to think i spent the most time on it! sigh. its like the lowest rate of returns la, maybe i should learn the economic way of thinking n spend more time on like econs or perfume or linear. oh well move on move on! haha acty im not even affected by the results aat all.

i think since the a levels, i have come to this conclusion that the resutls that one person get doesnt mean anything at all. i mean, they are just makr,s dun let them be a measurement of ur capability or ur ability to memorise. its alot of luck, maybe let marks determine how lucky u are! but then again mrlimboonping said that how lucky u are during an exam acty depends on how much u preped for. so oh wells.

oh! and during the recent one month i felt quite happy, cos coming to school hasnt been as bad as last sem. i actually felt like part of the og. im glad that we all turned up at lunar to support xianyi at his concert.. and having some nice chill out time at timbre. and also when i had company during the it show, with friends helping me find the best value for money camera and haveing their advice and help at bargaining for more freebies, and having a nice tight barbequee and recently celebrating gloria's birthday even though it was 6pm on a tuesdayy. makes me kinda glad that we are still going strong :) i hope we can all still be as close in the nest few sems to come although things like exchange n the different modules will mean less time spend tgt.

and yes, its week 10. i counted, like one more month to reading week, which means like 6 weeks to the holidayyys. [and MY BIRTHDAY wooooo]
although i cant really say if im glad that im turning older, but well, at least its the holidays. 3 months no school no book no lecture notes no 3 hr travelling and alot of alcohol and mountains and nepal and camps! icant wait! honestly.

and yes, today is the first day i acty sstep into ssci lib. i should start spending more time here. hmmmm.
