5 stages that i need to go thru. according to ivillage.com.

1. letting go of the past
2. learning from the mistakes made
3. getting out and about
4. the dating game
5. falling in love, again.

but it seems like im at a few stages at this point in time. somethings gone wrong right?

i suddenly like to run and swim alot. its no abt the distance covered or the time i take. its how i can finally stop feeling the sourness and the pain, just sheer exhaustion. i just focus on taking the next step, keeping up with the rhythm in my head. i just focus on sweeping my arms and kicking my legs to move on to touch the next wall in front of me.
i think.. i need some rest.
